Advice

Which vehicle for which occasion?

Describe the occasion and the right vehicle is assigned – below, the most common detailed questions on luggage, child seats and comfort differences.

Day-to-day business

Discreet single ride to the airport

Point-to-point between office, hotel and terminal, a predictable daily schedule, no representational occasion.

Recommendation Mercedes E-Class Business Class
Business travel

Board level, longer route, 1–3 passengers

Executive comfort without overstatement – terminal pickup, longer location changes, rides beyond Northern Germany.

Recommendation Mercedes S-Class First Class
Representation · VIP

Apron pickup at the private jet, high-profile reception

An occasion with high expectations: lounge seats in the rear, more legroom – visible appreciation of the guest from the aircraft steps.

Recommendation Mercedes-Maybach Luxury Class
Small group

4–7 passengers arriving together

Team arrivals, family travel with luggage – a joint arrival instead of a convoy, compact enough for any city centre and any hotel entrance.

Recommendation Mercedes V-Class First Class Van
Delegation · 8 passengers

Delegation or business trip with 8 passengers

Standing height inside, conference seating available, considerably more luggage space and presence than the V-Class – slightly less agile in city traffic.

Recommendation Mercedes Sprinter VIP Luxury Van
Large group · 9–19

Crew shuttle, delegation, travel group

When more than 8 passengers should arrive together: a larger Sprinter variant or coach with conference seating, table and Wi-Fi – on request with dedicated dispatch throughout the day.

Recommendation VIP Bus Coach on request

Detailed questions on vehicle selection

How many suitcases fit in which vehicle?
  • Business Class (E-Class): 2 standard check-in bags + 2 carry-ons; with three passengers, better plan on 1 XL + 2 carry-ons.
  • First Class (S-Class): identical boot volume to the E-Class, but with more legroom in the rear.
  • Luxury Class (Maybach): 2 standard check-in bags — the lounge seats take up rear space, so ideal for 2 passengers plus modest luggage.
  • First Class Van (V-Class): 6 standard check-in or 4 XL bags plus carry-ons.
  • Luxury Van (Sprinter VIP): 8 standard check-in or 6 XL plus carry-on per person.
  • VIP Bus: luggage capacity on request, depending on configuration and number of passengers.
Do you provide child seats?

Yes, on advance request. Available are an infant carrier (0–13 months), a child seat (1–4 years) and a booster seat (4–12 years). ISOFIX on request. Please let the dispatch team know model and quantity when booking — the vehicle will be set up accordingly.

What is the difference between V-Class and Sprinter VIP?

The Mercedes V-Class (First Class Van) offers up to 7 seats, normal seat height and compact exterior dimensions — it fits through any inner-city tight spot and parks at any hotel entrance.

The Mercedes Sprinter VIP (Luxury Van) offers up to 8 seats, standing height inside, conference seating with facing lounge seats, considerably more luggage space and a visibly higher level of presence — at the cost of a larger turning circle.

Rule of thumb: up to 7 passengers and urban routes, the V-Class; from 8 passengers or with representational requirements, the Sprinter VIP.

What is the comfort difference between E-Class, S-Class and Maybach?

E-Class (Business Class): low noise, well sprung, high-quality appointments — the standard for day-to-day business.

S-Class (First Class): longer wheelbase, quieter rear, higher-grade materials, massage seats as an option — for longer routes and more representational occasions.

Maybach (Luxury Class): lounge seats in the rear with leg rests, individual climate and lighting control — for receptions and occasions where the impression counts.

Can we work or take calls during the ride?

Yes, in every vehicle. Wi-Fi on request, USB charging ports as standard, table function in the V-Class and Sprinter. In the S-Class and Maybach, climate comfort and acoustic insulation are designed for confidential calls — the rear is largely acoustically decoupled from the chauffeur compartment.

What if the group is between 9 and 19 passengers?

Two options, depending on the occasion:

Parallel dispatch of several vehicles (for instance two V-Class vans) with the same dispatcher and coordinated routing — often the more elegant solution when the group can split up en route.

VIP Bus for up to 19 passengers with conference seating, table and Wi-Fi when everyone should arrive together — for crew shuttles or delegations, for example.
